Hotel Jen's Sea & Grill Buffet Dinner

Sea & Grill Buffet Dinner is a dinner buffet at Hotel Jen Penang. It is available on Friday and Saturday evenings, from 6:00pm to 9:30pm. The menu for these two days are slightly different, although guests can expect various food stations including the Live Grill Seafood and Meat station, Chilled Seafood on Ice, Salad Bar, Amuse Bouche in Cup, Chef's Special, Carving Station, Soup, Noodle Station, International Flavours, Local Flavours, Sweets, Desserts and DIY Chocolate Fondue.

My wife and I are pleased to be invited to experience the Sea & Grill Buffet Dinner yesterday. We joined many of our social media friends. It was our first time dining at Hotel Jen Penang, and we enjoyed it very much. They had a wide variety of food, as you can see below.

The hotel took the opportunity to introduce their new executive chef. Chef Mohd Afifi bin Abu Bakar bring with him more than 26 years of culinary expertise to lead the kitchen for this hotel.
