What a fantastic meal my wife and I had last night at Ixora Hotel. We were there to preview what the hotel has prepared for the coming Chinese New Year. As an added bonus, chefs from the Penang Chefs Association were also having their Chinese New Year dinner there that night, and they too contributed some dishes. On top of that, I have the wonderful company of DINE WITH ME winner Ms Therese Kung, who brought her son Terence along. Let me show you all the delicious food we enjoyed.
