Weekend Stay at The Light Hotel (29 February 2020)
It is always a delight to spend a night at The Light Hotel in Seberang Jaya, so my wife and I were thrilled when the hotel extended an invitation to us. This was the second time that we were staying at the hotel, and it's something we looked forward to very much.
When we arrived, we were warmly received by Mr Sivaji Selvan, the Director of Rooms, and were smoothly ushered to our room, which has been beautifully prepared for us. There was even a welcome tea all ready for us in our room, and our towel was beautifully rolled up to resemble an elephant!
We only had a short while to enjoy the room before doing downstairs to partake of the afternoon tea.

After tea, we had a little bit of time to relax, so I went for a dip in the hotel pool.

A few laps in the pool works up an appetite, and after we have freshened up, it was time to go downstairs again, for dinner. That evening's fare was seafood buffet! It was a feast of various seafood to enjoy to our hearts' content.

It was a long day, so we had a good sleep in The Light Hotel's comfortable beds. The next morning, we came down for breakfast, which offers so many choices.

We spent the rest of our time in our hotel room, which is so comfortable, until it was time to check out. Although it was just a short weekend stay, we enjoyed it very much indeed. Thank you The Light Hotel for having invited us back!

Hello and thanks for reading this page. My name is Timothy and my hobby is in describing places so that I can share the information with the general public. My website has become the go to site for a lot of people including students, teachers, journalists, etc. whenever they seek information on places, particularly those in Malaysia and Singapore. I have been doing this since 5 January 2003, for over twenty years already. You can read about me at Discover Timothy. By now I have compiled information on thousands of places, mostly in Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore, and I continue to add more almost every day. My goal is to describe every street in every town in Malaysia and Singapore.
