Rojak Orang Hitam Putih (GPS: 5.36269, 100.46081) is one of the three rojak stalls in the commercial heart of Bukit Mertajam. It occupies a stall at Kedai makanan Heng Lee, at the junction between Jalan Bunga Raya and Jalan Teh Cheok Sah.

Rojak Orang Hitam Putih is known in Penang Hokkien as Or3 Pek3 Lang2 Loh1 Jak1 (Traditional Chinese: 黑白人羅惹, Simplified Chinese: 黑白人罗惹), meaning "black-white man rojak". Whether intentional or otherwise, Or Pek in Hokkien also means "recklessly". In all likelihood, it derived its name from the other, even more famous rojak stall, Orang Hock Rojak (the "Lucky Black Man Rojak"), located diagonally across the intersection.
