Our homemade Sambal Udang (23 October 2016)

Here's the
Sambal Udang we made for dinner on 23 October, 2016. The last time we made this was on 2 October. How fast time flies. It felt like so recently, but when I checked the date on my photographs, it was three weeks ago. Anyway, we are making it again because we want to perfect the taste, for the possibility of turning it into a ready-to-use paste. So, Sambal Udang is one of the dishes we are having for dinner tonight.
