Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Hamid Khan (GPS: 5.38172, 100.30246) is a national secondary school in the Island Glades neighbourhood of Green Lane, Penang. It occupies a plot of land bordered by Lorong Delima 8, Lorong Delima 7, Lorong Delima 6 and Lorong Delima 3. Established in 1977, it offers secondary levels from Form 1 to Form 5.

SMK Hamid Khan was named after Captain Hamid Khan. It occupies the premises that was previously the Island Glades Girls School.
