Pasar Rakyat Seberang Jaya (GPS: 5.39371, 100.40121) is a market and hawker centre serving the township of Seberang Jaya on the Penang Mainland. It is located on Jalan Tenggiri. The market building has an E-shaped floor plan, with one side facing Lorong Tuna. The market is next to Medan Selera Seberang Jaya, making it a focal point for locals particularly in the morning.
Buletin Mutiara reports that the Seberang Jaya Market and Hawker Centre that is being reconstructed will be ready in March 2023. It is being reconstructed at a cost of RM19.5 million, and will occupy the 12.5-acre site. The market and hawker centre will be renamed Pasar Rakyat or People's Market.
