Sekolah Kebangsaan Teluk Kumbar (GPS: 5.29051, 100.23231) is a national primary school in Teluk Kumbar. The present school building is located along Jalan Teluk Kumbar, on the way towards Balik Pulau.
Sekolah Kebangsaan Teluk Kumbar was originally the Telok Kumbar Primary School. It was established under the British administration in 1882. In the beginning, it was a school Malay school located near the sea. In 1926, a new building was erected for the school, and the original structure was demolished in 1933.
During the Japanese Occupation, the pupils were moved to the Telok Kumbar Chinese School. A new building for the school was built in 1955. Over the years, additional structures were erected. The present building was completed in 1989 through funding from the World Bank.
