Setia Welcome Centre is the new office of property developer SP Setia in Bayan Baru, Penang. Located within the SPICE complex, the centre which opened in October, 2013, has a sales gallery and customer care centre. At Setia Welcome Centre, visitors can view models of development presently beign carried out by SP Setia in Penang. There is also a showroom of condominium unit that is being developed.

The Sales Gallery at Setia Welcome Centre is open Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and on weekends and public holidays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Getting there

The nearest bus stop to the Setia Welcome Centre is located along Jalan Mahsuri. It is served by Rapid Penang bus 302, 303, 304, 305, 307, 308, 309 and 401E. There is also a bus stop on the opposite side of Jalan Tun Dr Awang served by Rapid Penang bus 302, 303, 304, 305, 307, 308, 309 and 401E.
