Settlements (GPS: 5.42231, 100.32993) is a co-working and shared services office at Livingston Tower in George Town, Penang. Located on the 8th floor of the building, Settlements offers co-working space for entrepreneurs and small businesses to operate in an environment where office facilities are shared.

Settlements at Livingston Tower occupies 18,000 sqft of the area. There are rows of desks, private function rooms and communal lockers. Tenants of Settlements enjoy free seating. This rather new concept in work environment reduces the cost for start-up businesses, doing away with the need to set up and furnish an office space.

Tenants of Settlements pay a daily rent with a discount for weekly bookings.
