Shanghai Ding House of Dumplings is a Shanghainese restaurant in the Queensbay area of Bayan Lepas, Penang. It occupies the ground floor of the corner shoplot facing Persiaran Bayan Indah.

Calling itself the House of Dumplings, Shanghai Ding specialises in Chinse titbits - or dim sum - along with paus and other dumplings. Among the specialties here include the xiao long bao ("Little Dragon Dumpling"), the seu boey, and other titbits. In addition, its menu also include various Chinese dishes such as fried radish cake, which is popular at dim sum restaurants and the ubiquitous fried rice.
