89 Neil Road (GPS: 1.27857, 103.84167) is a historic building in the Chinatown neighbourhood of Outram, Singapore. This 3-storey building hasan octagonal roof lantern at the top. It was built in 1924 in the Neoclassical style, and once house a factory for Tiger Balm.
