Asia Square (GPS: 1.27902, 103.85119) is a mixed property development in the new downtown of
Singapore. It occupies the plot bordered by
Commerce Street and
Marina View. It is next to
One Shenton Way.
Asia Square comprises two tower blocks: 43-storey Asia Square Tower 1 (228.95m, 751.1 ft) and 46-storey Asia Square Tower 2 (221.48m, 726.6 ft). A landscaped plaza called The Cube forms a podium linking the two towers. Asia Square is home to the largest gym in Singapore's Central Business District.
Citi is the anchor tenant at Asia Square Tower 1. Tower 2 is occupied by The Westin Singapore. With the largewt photovoltaic cell installation in Singapore, Asia Square is one of Asia's greenest buildings.
