Buyong Road, Singapore(1 August 2017)


Buyong Road is a minor road in the Orchard Road area. It runs at the Central Expressway and ends at the junction with Penang Road. Along the way it forms an intersection with Kramat Road and Cavenagh Road, and another intersection with Orchard Road. Kramat Lane also forms a junction to it. The name "buyong" is said to mean "small boy" in Malay, but there is not clear explanation how that name was given to the road.
