Canninghill Piers (GPS: 1.29156, 103.84463) is an integrated development in downtown Singapore. It is located at the Clarke Quay subzone of the Singapore River Planning Area, in Postal District 09.

At time of writing in February 2023, Canninghill Piers is still under construction. Occupying the site that was previously Liang Court, it is being developed by Legend Quay Pte Ltd, a joint venture between CapitaLand and City Developments Limited. It was designed by the architectural firm of Bjarke Ingels Group. Canninghill Piers is being built on land of 99-year leasehold tenure. It will have condominium units, a hotel and a retail mall.

Located just next to the Fort Canning MRT Station, Canninghill Piers comprises a 48-storey residence, a 20-storey serviced residence, a 21-storey hotel and the 2-storey Canninghill Square. There are 373 residential car park bays (including 4 for the handicap and 2 for electric vehicles) and 97 commercial car park lots (including 3 for handicap, 2 family and 1 ev).

The condominium units at Canninghill Piers, totalling 700 units, range from 1 bedroom (409-603 sqft) to 5 bedrooms (2,788 sqft), and also includes 4 units of sky suites (2,874-3,972 sqft), and a super penthouse at 8,956 sqft. Also within the development is a 460-room hotel, managed by Moxy, catering to both business and leisure travellers. There is also a commercial component known as Canninghill Square, a 2-storey commercial podium with retail, dining and entertainment spaces.
