Devonshire Road is a road in the River Vally planning area in the Central Area of Singapore's Central Business District. It runs from Killiney Road to Grange Road, and forms a fork with Exeter Road near the middle part of the road.

Between Killiney Road and Exeter Road, Devonshire Road has only one lane going in each direction. From Exeter Road to Grange Road, it is a four-lane one-way street.

As with Exeter Road, Devonshire Road was named after places in England, in this case, the county of Devon in South West England.
