Dunearn Road is a major road in Singapore. It is parallel to Bukit Timah Road and the Rochor Canal for its entire length. The western portion of Dunearn Road is in Bukit Timah, while the eastern portion separates Novena in the north from Tanglin and Newton in the south.

Dunearn Road is located in Singapore Postal District 11.

Dunearn Road is a one-way street. It starts at the flyover interchange with Jalan Anak Bukit and Clementi Road, and ends at Newton Circus.

Along its route, Dunearn Road forms intersections and junctions with Rifle Range Road, Yarwood Avenue, Hua Guan Avenue, Ascot Rise, Swiss Club Link, Turf Club Road, Eng Neo Avenue, Vanda Road, Jalan Naga Sari, Linden Drive, Hillcrest Road, Watten Drive, Watten Estate Road, Shelford Road, Farrer Road, Dunearn Close, College Green, University Road, Kheam Hock Road, Dunkirk Avenue, Plymouth Avenue, Whitley Road, Swiss Cottage Estate, Goldhill Avenue, Barker Road, Chancery Lane, and Gilstead Road.

Dunearn Road was named after a bungalow called Dunearn House. The bungalow was later called the Oldham Hall Boarding School.
