DUO Singapore (GPS: 1.29949, 103.85827) is a luxury mixed development in Postal District 07, Singapore. It is located along Beach Road, and wraps itself around Parkview Square, with sides bordering Rochor Road and Ophir Road.

DUO Singapore is developed by M+S Pte Ltd, which is jointly owned by Khazanah Nasional Berhad and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited. DUO is one of two projects by M+S Pte Ltd, the other being Marina South.

DUO comprises a 49-storey residentiaol tower, a 39-storey commercial tower, a 340-room hotel called Andaz Singapore, and a retail area called DUO Galleria. DUO Residences offer studio, 1- to 4-bedroom residential units, as well as penthouse units with exclusive residents' private entrance and lift lobbies. The commercial tower will have 20 levels of Grade-A office space.
