Developed by Roxy Pacific, is located on Shenton Way, occupying a city block bounded by Palmer Road, Mistri Road and Parsi Road, in the Tanjong Pagar subzone of the Downtown Core. It is built on 99-year leasehold tenure, and is expected to be completed in 2019 and to be occupational in 2022.

EON Shenton condominium units ranging from 2-bedroom units with 527 sqf to 689 sqf area, to penthouse units with floor area of 1,249 sqft.

Comprising a 32-storey block, EON Shenton will have 4 levels of parking, 3 skydecks and hotel-style facilities. There will be a pool and garden deck on level 6 with barbecue area, sun deck, lap pool, wet deck, waterscape and wading pool. The Fitness Deck on level 14 will have an outdoor fitness space, a gym, veranda, jacuzzi, spa pool, sun lounges, garden, steam room, waterfall pool, pool table and table tennis. On level 22 is the sky deck with meeting room, lounge, bar counter, reading corner, viewing deck and garden.

EON Shenton is built on the plot of the former Marina House, which was a 22-storey office building completed in 1975, and demolished in 2013. Marina House was 70 meters tall and was designed by Lee Sian Teck Chartered Architects.
