Fook Hai Building is a mixed development on the northeastern part of
Chinatown. It is located at the junction of
South Bridge Road and Upper Hokien Street. Next to it is
Hong Lim Complex, which is separated from it by the pedestrianized Upper Nankin Street.
As with the other mixed development buildings in the area, Fook Hai Building comprises a retail podium and a high-rise residential block over it.
