Gul Circle MRT Station, Singapore (29 July 2017)
Gul Circle MRT Station (GPS: 1.31968, 103.6607; EW30) is a station of the
Singapore MRT on the
East-West Line. It is between the
Joo Koon MRT Station and
Tuas Crescent MRT Station.
Located above ground, the Gul Circle MRT Station was announced on 25 January, 2008, and became operational on 18 June, 2017. With its ceiling 33 meters (108 ft) above ground, it is the highest elevated station of the entire Singapore MRT network. This is because the station is above the viaduct of Tuas Road, near the
Ayer Rajah Expressway.
