Hong Lim Park (GPS: 1.28672, 103.84609) is an urban park located in the Singapore River Planning Area, Singapore. It is bounded by North Canal Road, New Bridge Road, Upper Pickering Street and South Bridge Road. It measures 0.94 hectare.

Hong Lim Park was created in 18761, and was originally called Dunman Green. It was the first public garden in Singapore. In 1885, local businessman Cheang Hong Lim bought the land and donated it to the municipality. The park was subsequently renamed Hong Lim Green, and then Hong Lim Park. The park became the venue of election rallies during the 1950's and 1960's. As such, it was the apt choice for the Speakers' Corner which was created in September 2000.

Within the vicinity of Hong Lim Park is the Hong Lim Complex, Old Thong Chai Medical Institution and Great Eastern Centre.
