King George's Avenue is a road in
Kallang,
Singapore. It connects
Syed Alwi Road to
Lavender Street. In between, it also forms junctions with
Maude Road,
Kitchener Road and
Horne Road. According to
Singapore Street Names1, the road got its name in 1926. It was named after
King George V, who reigned from 1910 to 1936.
