The building was formerly known as Manulife Centre and 5One Central. Lazada One opened on 20 April 2022 to serve as the new headquarters of Lazada e-commerce platform. The Lazada One building was completed in 2008 and stands at 20 storeys tall, offering a range of office spaces and retail units on the lower levels.
