Lippo Centre (GPS: 1.27317, 103.84465) is a 150 m (490 ft) skyscraper in downtown
Singapore. It is located on
Anson Road, next to
M Hotel. Built in 1990, it is 34 storeys tall. The building was designed by Raymond Woo and Associates Architects and built at a cost of S$35,000,000.

Lippo Centre comprises two tower blocks. The block facing Anson Road today houses
IPP Wealth Management Centre, Singapore's first comprehensive financial planning company founded by Wee Tiong Howe in 1983. The block facing Shenton Way is now known as the
AIG Building. Both blocks share the address which is 78 Shenton Way.
