Manulife Tower (GPS: 1.28219, 103.84902) is a Grade A office building in downtown Singapore. It is located on Cross Street, in the Raffles Place subzone of the Downtown Core, in Postal District 01. The 28-storey building was completed in 1999. Each floor has a built-up area of 15,000 sqft. The building has an access to the Telok Ayer MRT Station (DT18).
Manulife Tower was formerly known as PWC Building. It was bought by the Canadian insurance company Manulife in 2017 from the DBS Group for S$747 million and renamed Manulife Tower.
