Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) (GPS: 1.28018, 103.85426) is an office complex in
Marina Bay,
Singapore. Located on
Marina Boulevard, it stands as the centrepiece of the redevelopment of the city with Marine Bay Financial Centre standing at its heart. In terms of gross floor area, it is the biggest construction project in Singapore to date.
Marine Bay Financial Centre comprises four skyscrapers, namely Office Towers I, II & III, and Marina Bay Residences. The four skyscrapers occupy a new city block bordered by
Marina Boulevard,
Marina Way and
Central Boulevard, next door to
The Sail @ Marina Bay and
One Raffles Quay farther down the road, all of which will be linked by the Marina Bay Link Mall, a retail subterranean pedestrian link connected to
Raffles Place MRT Station and the future
Downtown MRT Station.
Standard Chartered Bank Tower (MBFC Tower I) is a 33 storey skyscraper with 620,000 sq ft of prime Grade A office space, on a plot area of 21,000 sq ft. It is developed in Phase One. On the 33rd floor is
LeVeL33, the world's highest microbrewery. On the ground floor is
Boulevard Bayfront, a gourmet food centre.
MBFC Tower II is a 50 storey skyscraper with a million square feet of prime Grade A office space, on a plot area of 25,000 sq ft, also developed in Phase One. Anchor tenants are UOB and OCBC banks.
DBS Tower (MBFC Tower III) is a 46 storey skyscraper with 1.3 million sq ft of prime Grade A office space, on a plot area of 29,000 sq ft. It was completed in 2012, will be the biggest office tower in Singapore. Also planeed for MBFC Tower III is a 45,000 sq ft trading floor that may house the Singapore stock exchange.
In addition to the three office blocks will be two residential developments, Marina Bay Residences and Marina Bay Suites, both planned to provide luxurious living for affluent residents.

Taking the MRT to the Marina Bay Financial Centre
Take the
North-South Line or the
East-West Line of the Singapore MRT to the
Raffles Place MRT Station. In the future, the nearest station will be the
Downtown MRT Station for the new Downtown Line.
