Marina One (GPS: 1.2773, 103.85303) is a high-rise building in downtown Singapore. It occupies a plot of land bounded by Marina Way and Straits View, in the Downtown Core, Singapore. The building was built as a joint-venture between Malaysia's Khazanah Nasional and Singapore's Temasek Holdings, and is known by the name M+S Pte Ltd. It comprises two 34-storey residential towers, called Marina One Residences, and two 30-storey Grade A office blocks, Marina One East Tower and Marina One West Tower.

Marina One was designed by Ingenhoven Architects. Groundbreaking was carried out on 11 July, 2012, and the building was inaugurated on 15 January, 2018.

The podium has a biodiversity garden known as The Heart. The condominium component, Marina One Residences, offers 1,042 apartment units from one-bedroom to four-bedroom units and penthouses. The two office blocks feature 100,000 sqft net floor plates, one of the largest in Asia.
