One Raffles Link (GPS: 1.29205, 103.85584) is an office building in downtown Singapore. It is bounded by Raffles Link, Nicoll Highway, Raffles Boulevard and Raffles Avenue, within the Marina Centre subzone of the Downtown Core planning area.

One Raffles Link is 6 storeys tall. It was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and Aedas LPT Architects and was completed in the year 2000 at a cost of S$340million. One Raffles Link has the largest columnless floor plates in the city. One Raffles Link is connected to the CityLink Mall on the subterranean level.
