Phillip Street is a minor road in downtown Singapore. It connects Chulia Street, near the end of Battery Road, in the north, to Church Street in the south. The entire road is within the Raffles Place subzone of the Downtown Core, in Postal District 01.

According to Singapore Street Names, Phillip Street was named after the Sailors' Home superintendent, Charles Phillip.
