Sands Casino is one of the two casinos now operating in Singapore, the other being Resorts World Sentosa. It covers 15,000 sq m, which constitute less than 3% of the resort's gross floor area.
The Sands Casino has 1000 gambling tables and 1,400 slot machines, and can accommodate a maximum of 15,000 patrons at one time. There are 13 different types of games at the Sands Casino including Baccarat, No-Commission Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, Singapore Stud Poker, Money Wheel, Pontoon, Three Pictures, 7UP Baccarat, Power Baccarat, Texas Hold'em Bonus Progressive and Three Card Poker.

For the comfort of patrons, the casino has a non-smoking floor on level one. To ensure optimal air quality, the casino employs the latest air treatment and filtration system in all the smoking and non-smoking areas.
Patrons to the Sands Casino are required to be attired in smart casual wear. Beach wear including flip flops, slippers, casual short pants and sleeveless shirts are not allowed. The dress code is only for the Sands Casino. The rest of the Marina Bay Sands integrated resort does not have a specific dress code but visitors are encouraged to dress appropriately.
Meal facilities at Sands Casino comprise three noodle bars. Each offers a different noodle option. The first noodle bar offers noodle dishes as well as Cantonese dim sum and barbeque. The second noodle bar offers noodle dishes from Asian countries while the third noodle bar offers quick dining option of noodle dishes.

Patrons who are citizens and permanent residents of Singapore are required to pay a levy to enter the Sands Casino. The levy, set by the Singapore government, is S$100 for an entry period of 24 hours and S$2,000 for a one-year period. Visitors who are not citizens or permanent residents are exempted from the levy.
Patrons on the 24-hour levy may exit and re-enter the casino for unlimited number of times within the 24-hour timeframe. Upon paying the 24-hour levy, a person has up to 30 days to exercise entry to the casino.
Patrons on the annual entry levy may exit and re-enter the casino for unlimited number of times within a 12-month period started from the time of first entry. First entry must be exercised within 90 days of paying the levy.
