Singapore Land Tower (11 September 2010)
Singapore Land Tower (GPS: 1.28472, 103.85209) is a skyscraper at 50
Raffles Place, in the Central Business District of Singapore. Built in 1980, it is 48 storeys tall and stands at a height of 190 m (620 ft). It was one of the tallest skyscrapers in Singapore at the time of its completion.
Singapore Land Tower was developed by Singapore Land Limited. The architects involved were P&T Architects & Engineers Ltd and Architects 61 Pte Ltd. The building underwent some alteration in 2003 with a change it the outer cladding.
Getting there
Chevron House is right in front of the entrance to the
Raffles Place MRT Station (EW14/NS26), served by the
East-West Line and
North-South Line.
