South Beach (GPS: 1.29548, 103.85632) is a mixed development in downtown Singapore. Bordered by Beach Road, Middle Road, Nicoll Highway and Bras Basah Road, it comprises two high-rise blocks together with a podium block and preserved heritage buildings which are conserved military buildings. Built on 99-year leasehold land, it comprises two iconic skyscrapers of 45 storeys and 42 storeys in the neofuturistic architectural style. The development houses the South Beach Tower and JW Marriot Hotel Singapore South Beach.

Taking the MRT to South Beach

On foot, South Beach is 600 meters on foot to City Hall MRT Station (EW13/NS25).
