Springleaf Tower (GPS: 1.27532, 103.84631; Chinese: 春叶大厦) is a high-rise office building in downtown Singapore. It is located on Prince Edward Road, at the junction of Anson Road. Built in 2002 by CapitaLand Commercial Limited, CapitaLand Limited, Benson Global and DTZ Debenham Tie Leung (South East Asia) Pte Ltd, the building is 37 storeys or 165 meters (541 ft) tall. The building was presently (Dec 2019) owned by Macquarie Global Property Fund II.
