Supreme Court Building of Singapore (28 July 2017)
Supreme Court Building (GPS: 1.29034, 103.85065) is a government building in downtown Singapore. It occupies a city block bordered by Supreme Court Lane, Parliament Place, North Bridge Road and The Adelphi shopping centre. The building was designed by British architectural firm Foster and Partners in collaboration with local architectural consultants CPG Corporation. Completed in 2005, it was first used on 20 June 2005, though officially opened by the President of Singapore, S.R. Nathan, on 7 January 2006.
The present Supreme Court Building sits on the site of the former Colombo Court.
