The Sail @ Marina Bay (GPS: 1.28107, 103.85266) is a luxurious condominium facing Marina Bay, in downtown Singapore. Located on Marina Boulevard, it comprises two skyscrapers, the 245-meter (804-ft) 70-storey Marina Bay Tower, and the 215-meter (705-ft) 63-storey Central Park Tower. Construction of The Sail @ Marina Bay began in 2005, and the condominiums were completed in 2008.

Marina Bay Tower is the tallest residential building in Singapore. It is also one of the top 10 tallest residential buildings in the world.

The two towers of The Sail @ Marina Bay offer 1,111 residential units on 99-year leasehold tenure. They comprise 438 one-bedroom studio units, 418 two-bedroom units, 175 three-bedroom units, 75 four-bedroom units, and five penthouses, the largest of which has a floor area approaching 9,000 sq ft.

The Sail @ Marina Bay is next to One Raffles Quay to the west, Marina Bay Financial Centre to the east, and Marina Bay Suites to the south.

How to reach The Sail @ Marina Bay

Take the Downtown Line to the Downtown MRT Station; or the North-South Line or the East-West Line of the Singapore MRT to the Raffles Place MRT Station.
