War Memorial Park, Singapore (28 July 2017)
War Memorial Park (GPS: 1.29287, 103.8547) is a public park in downtown Singapore. The park is bordered by Raffles City, Bras Basah Road, Nicoll Highway and Stamford Road. The centrepiece of the park is the Civilian War Memorial.
The War Memorial Park, today a verdant patch of green in the concrete jungle, was created to memorialize the remains of those who perished in the Sook Ching massacre during the Japanese Occupation.

On foot, War Memorial Park is 170 meters on foot to Esplanade MRT Station (CC3).
