Wilkie Road, Singapore (30 July 2017)
Wilkie Road is one of the minor roads in Singapore. It is located in Rochor. The road starts at a fork road following the sharp bend on Sophia Road. One branch is Wilkie Road while another is Upper Wilkie Road. From there, Wilkie Road proceeds eastweards to end at the intersection with Selegie Road, where it is parallel with Sophia Road. From there, it continues as Middle Road.
Wilkie Edge is perhaps the only landmark along Wilkie Road, which is lined with low-rise apartment blocks. It was named after one Captain Wilkie who had his home in the area in the 19th century.
