Spice Brasserie is the main dining outlet at
The Light Hotel Penang. It is located on the ground floor of the hotel, to the left side of the Lobby. The restaurant has a contemporary atmosphere. It has very tall ceiling from which hangs cascading chandeliers. The dining hall is supported by stout columns finished in black marble.
Spice Brasserie is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It offers casual dining with a wide array of local, Asian and Western cuisines, and is particularly noted for its outstanding local fare, in particular the
Char Koay Teow, Teh Tarik and
Nasi Kandar dishes.
Dining Hours
Sundays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 11:00pm
Fridays and Saturdays: 6:30am to 1:00am
