Seafood Buffet Dinner is a lavish buffet dinner at Spice Market Cafe, at Shangri-La's Rasa Sayang Resort & Spa. My wife and I had the opportunity of enjoying this buffet during our stay at the resort. The buffet is held on Friday and Saturday evenings, and we were privileged to attend it on the Saturday.

Upon our arrival at the cafe, we were warmly received and ushered to our table. Throughout the evening, an itinerant band provided live entertainment, visiting various tables including our own.

There is a lot of food and a mindboggling variety of choices. Since this is a seafood buffet, I topped up mostly on seafood, which was all very fresh and nicely prepared. There's prawns, crabs, slipper lobsters, crayfish, you name it. You can have them braised or grilled with cheese. There's a whole section of Japanese food, with baby octopus which I enjoy very much.

Reservations

Seafood Buffet Dinner is available every Friday and Saturday, from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, and priced at RM198 nett for adults and RM99 nett for child.
