(Incidentally, it shares the same name with the Sri Saujana Apartment in Sungai Dua.) It comprises 3 blocks with a total of 2208 units, built on leasehold land. Each unit has a built-up area of 650 sqft comprising three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sri Saujana was built on leasehold land and was completed in 2009.

Sri Saujana Apartment was built on part of the site of the former Koay Jetty. The three blocks are Block 42A, 42B and 42C.
