Each apartment unit has 3 bedrooms and a size of 660 sqft. Estimated selling price is between RM80,000 to RM100,000. Maintenance fee is RM60 per month.

The nearest petrol station is the Esso along Jalan Jelutong. The nearest shopping centres include Penang Times Square, Gama and Komtar. The nearest hospital is the Penang General Hospital.

Traffic situation at Sri Wangsa

During rush hour, traffic is very heavy with regular congestions at the traffic lights on either end of Perak Lane. Outside of rush hour, the traffic along Perak Lane is smooth.
