St. George's Balik Pulau (GPS: 5.35379, 100.23742), known today as Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan St. George Balik Pulau, is a secondary school in Balik Pulau. It is adjacent to the St. George's Primary School (Sekolah Kebangsaan St George Balik Pulau). Both were established by Hakka-speaking Catholic missionaries from the
Church of the Holy Name of Jesus. The school traces its history to the late 19th century, when classes were held within the compound of the church. It was then known as St Anthony's School.
The present school building dates back to 1936. It is located across the Balik Pulau Main Road from the church. It took on the present name following its relocation.
