Steamed Fruit Cake (12 November 2016)


This is the steamed fruit cake my wife made on 12 November, 2016. Take a good look at it because we won't be making this cake again in the immediate future. Why not? Because it took us four hours of steaming. The cake came out nicely, though the centre sank down a little bit. On the whole, the cake reminds me of Kuih Sarang Semut.
