Jalan Penawar 1 is a minor road in Jelutong, Penang. It connects Jalan Penawar to Jalan Jelutong. The road was part of the urban village of Jelutong, but over the years, is gradually being re-developed. There is now a road of 2 1/2-storey terrace houses on one side of the road, with the other side still with kampong attap houses.
