Jalan Tun Mohd Salleh Ismail is a minor road in the Farlim township of Ayer Itam, Penang. It connects to Jalan Zoo on the eastern end, and branches out to Lintang Paya Terubong 3 and Lintang Paya Terubong 5.

Jalan Tun Mohd Salleh Ismail serves the police living quarters that are built in the area. The road was named after the first Malaysian Inspector-General of Police who is an ethnic Malay. Tun Mohd Salleh Ismail held that position from 1966 until 1973.
