Lintang Mayang Pasir 1 is a street in the commercial heart of Bayan Baru, Penang. It comprises two sets of ring roads with access from Jalan Mayang Pasir 3 and exits at Jalan Mayang Pasir 3 as well as at Jalan Mayang Pasir. The both ends of Lintang Mayang Pasir 2 also form junctions to it. The road serves the commercial lots in that area, which is anchored by Sunshine Square.
