Lintang P. Ramlee, George Town, Penang (9 July 2022)
Lintang P. Ramlee is a minor road in the Taman Kampar neighbourhood of
George Town, Penang. It connects on one end to
Jalan P. Ramlee. The road is also joined by T-junctions to
Lorong Kulit (albeit separated by
Sungai Pinang),
Jalan Gemas,
Jalan Kampar and
Jalan Sungkai.
Lintang P. Ramlee was named after the late Tan Sri P. Ramlee, a Malaysian movie legend, whose was born in his grandmother's house on that road. A replica of that attap house is today preserved by the National Archives of Malaysia on site.
