Pintasan Pengkalan Dua is a minor road within the Weld Quay neighbourhood of George Town, Penang. Built on reclaimed land, it is the shortest of four parallel roads that connect to Lebuhraya Merdeka. Pintasan Pengkalan Dua was created to house the working class in the area. It has 2-storey terrace houses.
