Sungai Tiram Industrial Park is a small industrial park along Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah in Sungai Tiram, Bayan Lepas. It is a short distance from the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone Phase I, separated from it by the Sunway Prima commercial development.

Sungai Tiram Industrial Park houses a number of small- and medium-scale industries. Developed in the early 1990's, the factories here now appear a little aged. In addition to the commercial units, the Sungai Tiram Post Office is also located here.

Getting there

The bus stop on Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah in front of the Sungai Tiram Industrial Park is served by Rapid Penang bus 102, 305, 306, 401 and 401E.
